Signing in

There are several ways you can authenticate yourself on our platform.

When you first visit the Sahara AI page you will be greeted by a familiar pop-up. This will give you the option to sign in using an existing Google, Facebook, Github, Discord, or other social network account; you may also create an account by using your email address, phone number, or by using an EVM-compatible wallet. Depending on the method you choose, you will be asked to verify the account by entering a code or clicking a link.

Social Accounts

Sign in using your Google, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Twitch, Apple, Line, Github, Kakao, LinkedIn, Weibo, or WeChat account. We do not store any data related to your social accounts.

Email or Phone

Enter your email or phone number, including your country code. Complete the verification process by entering the 6-digit code sent to your email or phone.

Digital Wallet

Your wallet serves as a place to store and manage your digital assets on the blockchain. You can authenticate by scanning a QR code with any WalletConnect-compatible wallet, or by using the Coinbase, MetaMask, or Torus Wallet apps or browser extensions.

FAQ

Unfortunately, you cannot change your initial sign-in method after setting up your account. If you wish to use a different sign-in method, you will need to create a new account from scratch.

There is a problem with my social account/email/wallet, and I cannot access my account on your platform. What can I do?

If you are experiencing issues with your social account, email, or digital wallet that prevent you from accessing our platform, we recommend contacting the Support team of the respective service used for sign-in. Since we do not store any data from your third-party accounts, they will be best equipped to help resolve any issues.

Is it safe to connect with my digital wallet? Will my funds be compromised if I use this method for sign-in?

Connecting your digital wallet for sign-in is safe. We do not have access to the contents of your wallet or any other sensitive information. Your funds and data remain under your control and are not compromised by the authentication process.
